Whether it be a quiet dinner for two or a fabulous cocktail party for 40 on the beach, Chef Trish will exceed your expectations with fresh ingredients, innovative flavors, superior service, and a passion for her work.  As a private chef, she helps you create your own personally designed menu and event to make it uniquely yours.  Anything from a special anniversary, a 3 course dinner with great friends, or an 8 course wine-pairing, Trish prides herself on the details and taking the stress out of your life so you can enjoy the party along with your guests! 

Cooking Lessons and Demos

Looking for a fun night with the girls or maybe couples night?  Chef Trish can come to your home and do cooking demonstrations (with lots of tastings of course), wine tasting and pairing demos, or cooking lessons.  Your guests can put on their aprons and help or sit back and enjoy while sipping wine.  The night can be created to suit your interests!

Coral Creek Airport Service

Arriving to Boca Grande via the local airport?  Trish can prepare meals to take along when leaving!  Ask for details.

Prepared Meals

Visiting Florida for a week, month, or winter?  Ready to spend your time in the sun and fun rather than the kitchen?  Or maybe you have a fun day planned for the boat or beach and would love to have some individual meals or platters to take along?  Chef Trish can keep you out of the kitchen by providing conveniently packaged meals for your home or on-the-go!  She will prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner to suit your needs and any dietary requests you have.  As with all of her meals, they are prepared with fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Grocery Shopping

When arriving to your Florida vacation or winter getaway, Chef Trish can have your pantry and refrigerator stocked and ready to go for your arrival!  Don't waste time in traffic, shopping in the crowded grocery, long cashier lines, and unpacking all those groceries!  Trish can go to all your favorite stores and hit the local Farmer's markets for you so you can hit the beach!
